Our office tries to accommodate the financial needs of all patients with or without dental insurance. We offer a 5% discount on any treatment over $500.00 when paid in full by cash or check at the time treatment begins. VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover are also welcome. Here at Perry Family Dentist we are preferred providers for most dental insurance companies. If your plan is not listed here, call us today! Even if we are not current preferred providers, we still accept and file most other plans. Below is a list of some of the major insurances we accept:

As a courtesy we will provide you with an estimate of benefits and will file and track your insurance claims for you. However, please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company and you are fully responsible for any treatment performed.
